Once you have met one of the following retirement provisions, you are eligible to receive either a reduced or an unreduced monthly pension benefit from the Plan, unless your benefit is considered a small benefit under The Pension Benefits Act of Manitoba:

  • Magic 80 Date (your age + employment service = 80); no reductions will apply
  • Age 55; reductions will apply if the Magic 80 Date has not been met
  • Age 60; no reductions will apply.
