If you terminate your employment and return to work with a Participating Employer within three years of your date of termination, you can reinstate your membership in the Plan. If you reinstate your membership, your previous period of employment service will be combined with your new period of employment service. 

If you return to work after three years from your date of termination, your new period of employment service cannot be combined with your previous period of employment service.
