This section will provide you with the information you are looking for about the HEB Manitoba Disability and Rehabilitation (D&R) Plan.

Important Notice: As of January 1, 2019, all part-time employees are eligible to enrol in the D&R Plan. Part-time employees no longer have to work a minimum of 15 hours per week to be eligible to enrol. Learn more about the change and the part-time employee enrolment.

10 Years of Growth!

The D&R Plan has been providing long-term disability benefits to eligible healthcare employees throughout Manitoba for a decade. We are very pleased to provide this report.

I am a D&R claimant,
when is my monthly benefit deposited?

If you are receiving D&R benefits, HEB Manitoba deposits your monthly payment into your account on the last banking day of the month.

The last banking day of the month varies depending on your financial institution. If you want to know the exact date of your deposit, please contact the financial institution to which your benefit payments are made.
