Annual Life Insurance Statement of Benefits

Oct 08, 2019
This year's statements were mailed October 10, 2019.

HEB Manitoba’s Life Insurance Plan reflects our commitment to competitive Life Insurance benefits that meet the needs of healthcare employees in Manitoba and their families.

Once a year, we send all eligible active Plan members a Life Insurance Statement of Benefits, which is an overview of their current coverage and beneficiary designation(s).

To receive a statement you must:

  • Be in a full-time or part-time permanent, temporary or term position, and
  • Belong to an eligible union or group at a healthcare facility that participates in the Plan, and
  • Be under age 71.
