The provincial government’s announcement limiting nursing and support services staff to work at only a single licensed personal-care home effective May 1, 2020, will result in significant changes for both healthcare workers and their employers.

We realize these changes may add stress to an already challenging situation for you and your employers.

We are working with your employers to ensure that affected employees currently covered under HEB Manitoba Plans will have the option to continue to maintain their coverage and have the peace of mind knowing that their benefits are secure.
