The Healthcare Employees’ Benefits Plan (HEBP) Board of Trustees approved premium increases for the Healthcare and Dental Plans, effective September 1, 2024.
As we have seen over the last few years, costs continue to increase due to a rise in use along with ongoing inflationary pressures. This increase will help maintain the financial stability of the Plans.
Premiums are deducted one month before the effective month of coverage. Depending on when your employer deducts premiums, you may have already experienced deductions from your pay.
If you are enrolled in Single coverage, the overall increase for both Plans is $2.20 per month. For Family coverage, the overall increase for both Plans is $5.89 per month.
