New members are sent a Manitoba Blue Cross ID card directly from Manitoba Blue Cross (MBC) once they are enrolled in the HEB Manitoba Healthcare, Dental and/or Employee Assistance Plans. These cards have the client and certificate numbers that are required to use your benefits. Cards are not being mailed during the current strike at Canada Post.
You can get your client and certificate numbers by contacting MBC directly at 204-775-0151 or 1-888-596-1032 (toll-free) Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. You will be asked to verify your identity. Please do not contact HEB Manitoba as we cannot provide your client and certificate numbers.
Once you have your certificate and client numbers you can register for:
- The mybluecross online portal. You can view and manage your coverage details and print you own Manitoba Blue Cross ID card.
- The mybluecross mobile app. You can view and manage your coverage details and use your virtual card.
