1. If you are a newly hired employee who hasn't belonged to any of the HEB Manitoba plans in the past, we might not have received your information from your employer yet.
   
   Watch your inbox and junk folders for an email from us, or simply try again in a day or two.
   
2. If the identifying information you are providing doesn't match our records, our system won't recognize you. 

• Make sure you have typed your postal code correctly. There must be a space between the first three characters and the next three characters.
• If you've moved recently, try your former postal code.
• If you your name or SIN have changed, the new name and SIN may not be in our system. Try using your former name or old SIN.

No. My HEB Online Services is our old member portal and is no longer active. You will have to register for the new member portal.

Go to hebmanitoba.ca and click the Member Login button to open the Member Login screen. Click Register here and follow the prompts.

You should use your personal email address and not your work email address. 

You will receive a registration confirmation email from HEB Manitoba and will be able to use the member portal.

If you check this box you won’t have to answer a Security Question each time you log in on the device you are using.

1. Click the Member Login button at the top of any page of our website to open the member portal login screen.
2. Enter your User Name and Password.
3. Click the Login button.
   

If you receive an email from us telling you there is information waiting for you in the member portal, you can also get to the login screen by clicking the hyperlink in the email.

If you haven't registered for the secure member portal yet you will have to do that first. 

Click on Forgot User Name? on the member portal login page and enter your email address on file.

Check your inbox for your reminder message from us.

Enter your user name and then click Forgot Password? on the member portal login page.

You’ll be prompted to answer the three security questions you selected when you registered. After you answer the questions successfully, we will email you a link to reset your password.

If you cannot answer these questions, please contact us for assistance.
