How do I get my Manitoba Blue Cross ID card information during the Canada Post strike?

 

During the current postal disruption, Manitoba Blue Cross is not able to mail your MBC ID cards with the client and certificate numbers that are required to use your benefits.

You can get your client and certificate numbers by contacting Manitoba Blue Cross directly at 204-775-0151 or 1-888-596-1032 (toll-free) Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. You will be asked to verify your identity when you call. 

Please do not contact HEB Manitoba as we cannot provide this information.

Once you have your certificate and client numbers you can register for:

  1. The mybluecross online portal. You can view and manage your coverage details and print you own Manitoba Blue Cross ID card.
  1. The mybluecross mobile app. You can view and manage your coverage details and use your virtual card.
